IEC60335-2-17 Electric Blanket Tumbling Barrel Free Fall Test Apparatus

This specialized test apparatus is designed for mechanical strength testing of electric heating pads according to international safety standards.

Standards Compliance

IEC60335-2-17:2019 "Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-17: Particular requirements for blankets, pads, clothing and similar flexible heating appliances"

Electric heating pad for heating the bed or the human body

Test Purpose

Mechanical strength test for drop resistance of electric heating pads. Used to verify the safety of normal use of electric heating pads.

Test Principle

The sample is repeatedly dropped onto a specified surface from a specified height by a motor-driven roller to rotate.

Structure and Features

Electrical control cabinet features a roller structure with preset test count capability
Automatic shutdown after required number of tests is reached
Equipment dimensions: approximately 800*800*1100 mm (W*D*H)
